Marriott Bonvoy Launches First Promotion: Double Points for Repeat Hotel Stays

Marriott unveiled the first promotional offer for its Bonvoy rewards program. Members can now register for Double Take, which provides double points for repeat hotel stays.

Member can earn double points at participating hotels from March 19 to June 4, 2019, starting with their second stay. A stay is defined as “consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, regardless of check-in/check-out activity.” Members must book directly with Marriott to earn points.

In addition to Double Take, primary cardholders can earn 500 bonus points for weekend bookings, starting with their first stay. Points can be used for flights, hotel rooms, or “exclusive experiences” through Marriott Bonvoy Moments.

Bonvoy Moments range from festivals to sporting events to wine expos and more. Packages vary in value, from 10,000 points to 100,000+ points.

New applicants must register for Double Take before May 21 to qualify for the bonuses. Interested users can join Bonvoy through Marriott’s website.
