Luxury Card Launches Mobile App with 24/7 Concierge Chat Service
Luxury Card, one of the pioneers of the metal credit card movement, announced a new mobile app for cardholders. The Luxury Card App provides 24/7 concierge chat services, with agents available to assist with travel bookings and trip plans.
The app comes with standard mobile banking features, such as the ability to check account balances and make payments. It also provides a rewards overview so cardholders can see how many points they have available. Users can book hotel rooms, car rentals, and flights directly through the app.
The Luxury Card App showcases Luxury Card EXPERIENCES. These curated travel ideas are designed to provide inspiration for vacations and getaways. Cardmembers can browse through activities, such as top-rated dining destinations, sports and entertainment, and family experiences.
Luxury Card offers three rewards credit cards: Mastercard Gold Card, Mastercard Black Card, and Mastercard Titanium Card. All of them are compatible with the new app. All three models provide 2% airfare redemption rates and baggage delay insurance. Gold and Black cardmembers have access to more than 1,000 VIP airport lounges worldwide.
The Titanium Card is the entry-level Luxury Card made with stainless steel, with an annual fee of $195 and 1% cash back value for redemption. The mid-level Black Card, engineered with a unique stainless steel front and carbon back, carries a $495 annual fee, but it provides 1.5% cash back redemption and a $100 annual airline credit. The Gold Card is the top-tier Luxury Card made with 24K gold, and has a $995 annual fee, 2% cash back redemption, and $200 annual airline credit.
