Gas may not be as expensive as it was last year, but it’s still a major expense for many families. In addition, it is nearly certain that oil prices will rise again, which will be painful for drivers all over the United States.
Thankfully, there are several reward credit cards that offer excellent savings on gasoline purchases. While some of these cards offer bonuses for purchases from gas stations, others offer a high level of rewards on all purchases, including gas. So in the end, choosing the best gas rewards card will depend on how you use your credit cards.
The Capital One Quicksilver and QuicksilverOne both offer unlimited 1.5% cash back on every purchase, including gas. Both cards provide free and unlimited access to your credit score, and you can redeem your cash back rewards at any time for any amount. Finally, there are no foreign transaction fees for these cards.
