Capital One Offers Cardholders Perks for the iHeartRadio Music Festival
iHeartMedia announced the lineup for the 2017 Music Festival. Big Sean, Coldplay, Lorde, and Miley Cyrus will be headlining the two-day event, which will also feature Chris Stapleton, David Guetta, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, P!nk, The Weeknd, and Kesha. Capital One has become the first-ever marquee partner for the popular Festival.
“Because our lineup is based on feedback from iHeartRadio users, it’s one of the most diverse you’ll ever see,” said Tom Poleman, Chief Programming Officer of iHeartMedia. “As our listeners interact with our app, favoriting songs and saving stations, we learn what their ideal festival would be, then we bring that to life!”
Capital One is offering its cardmembers a number of perks related to the event, including early access to tickets. The pre-sale begins on July 25 at 1 p.m., which gives Capital One members an early lead on a limited number of tickets, which will not be available to the general public until July 28.
“As the first marquee partner of the iHeartRadio Music Festival, Capital One is proud to be able to help bring together so many of today’s top musicians for what is sure to be an unforgettable weekend,” said Marc Mentry, Chief Brand Officer at Capital One. “From our cardholder pre-sale to special cardholder entry line and even a chance to be on stage, we’re excited to bring our customers these incredible opportunities at one of the most anticipated music events of the year.”
Capital One will also offer exclusive cardmember features at the Festival’s Daytime Village, which will highlight emerging artists. Cardholders will have access to a distinct viewing area and interactive experiences. The Daytime Village will be held on September 23 and feature performances by Migos, Halsey, Flume, Little Mix, French Montana, Niall Horan, Bleachers, Kelsea Ballerini.
The iHeartRadio Music Festival, which will be held September 22 and 23 in Las Vegas, will also air on iHeartMedia radio stations and on the CW on October 4 and 5.
