July 1, 2013, Written By Natalie Rutledge

Bank of America or Merrill Lynch credit cardholders get free admission to select museums on Saturday, July 6 and Sunday, July 7.

Bank of America’s Museums on Us offers free admission to over 150 museums in 31 states on the first full weekend of each month. The program provides Bank of America and Merrill Lynch cardholders free access to artistic and cultural experiences across the United States at some of the nation’s most celebrated cultural institutions, ranging from children’s and history museums to aquariums and science centers. Your credit card or debit card is required for admission and the free admission is for cardholders only, not guests.

The museums include the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, National World War I Museum at Liberty Memorial in Kansas City, Atlanta History Center in Atlanta, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, The Museum of Science and History in Jacksonville, the Miami Science Museum, The Art Institute of Chicago, the Shedd Aquarium, the Frist Center for the Visual Arts in Nashville, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. The full list can be found here.

Bank of America is also launching a new mobile site that gives customers the full list of markets and museums.
