Discover Leads in Customer Loyalty for 20th Consecutive Year

Discover credit cards rank first in customer brand loyalty for the 20th consecutive year, according to an independent study by Brand Keys. In 2016, it was again named “#1 in Customer Loyalty in the Credit Card Category.”

The Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Engagement Index (CLEI) measures consumer loyalty toward their favorite brands. This year, the firm surveyed 42,792 consumers, aged 18 to 65. They examined 634 brands in 72 categories.
