Our Opinion: Created for those with very good credit who want a cash reward card. 5% Cashback Bonus in categories like travel, gas, restaurants, home, apparel, and movies (categories rotate every 3 months). Our Opinion: One of the lowest rates available in the United States. This card is at the top of our list because it has a higher approval rate for applications than other low interest credit cards. That means you have a much better chance of getting approved for what you applied for. The rate applies to balance transfers and purchases, making this a good choice for carrying a balance or transferring a balance from a card with a higher rate. No balance transfer fee. Additional benefits include roadside assistance and extended warranties for purchases.

Our Opinion: Designed for those with very good credit who want a card with platinum cardholder benefits. Card acts as both a credit card and calling card; however, the calling card rates are high. Receive up to 30 free phone minutes per month. For each dollar you spend on AT&T products and services that matches the amount you spend on other purchases, you will receive 10% savings in the first 12 months and 5% thereafter. Savings will appear on your billing statement; you can save up to $350 in any calendar year. APR for purchases and balance transfers is reasonably low for those who carry a balance. Also, there is a 0% intro rate for balance transfers for one year. Balance transfer fee is 3%, $5 minimum. 3% international transaction fee.
