Our Opinion: Created for those with very good credit, this is one of the best of the Delta SkyMiles® Cards. Earn 1 mile per $1 spent on general purchases and 2 miles per $1 spent at participating merchants and retailers (including Delta Airlines related purchases). New applicants receive 20,000 bonus miles with first purchase. 5,000 of these are Base Miles which are applied towards the Medallion Status program for mileage bonuses, upgrade opportunities and more.
