Created for those with good credit who carry a balance, pay on time, and want to earn cash for their purchases. Extended low rate for balance transfers. Spend up to $1,500 on general purchases and receive a .25% rebate, between $1,500 and $3,000 and receive a .5% rebate, and over $3,000 will receive a 1% rebate. Earn .25% for purchases made at select discount stores and warehouses. Earn unlimited rebates; rebates do not expire if there is activity within a 36-month period. Cardholders who make 6 on-time payments in a row qualify for a pay-on-time bonus that provides a credit toward the payment of their next month's interest. The bonus is available twice a year when monthly payments are received on time. Benefits include auto rental insurance and up to $500,000 in travel accident insurance.
